Which language support by Automation Studio?

I want to do string operation i.e. Trim(), Split(), Substring(). Which language I can use in Automation Studio C#.net or VB.net or VB?

Automation Studio IntelliSense - supports VB expression.

Is there a shortcut to call intellisense?

I want to auto fill textboxes with the arguments defined in the arguments tab.
