Can I fetch the SMTP credentials from an external Vault?

You can configure SMTP settings in Admin Module. To retrieve SMTP Details from external vault - you can create microbot and utilize the same in Automation Process as per the Process scenarios.

You can also configure SMTP Apps in Automation Process with Automation Studio, For SMTPApps Configuration refer link -

Thanks @sumit.sagar, I agree while SMTP Application credentials can be fetched form an external valut.

But within AssistEdge Admin Module SMTP Settings, can I use external valut to supply SMTP credentials?8

Hi,

That will require customi zation in existing product. API has been exposed to save and retrieve SMTP credential.
OOB the same are stored in AE RPA DB in encrypted format
