Hi,

Can someone post detailed instructions on how to use Speech-To-Text services in AssistEdge 17.6? How do I provide the .wav file as an input?

Direct activity for Speech to Text service has not been provided in the product. You will have to write microbot in order to achieve your use case. You can refer sample C# code from these links
