I am not able to open AssistEdge on my system. It is showing below error. PFA. Kindly help me.
Error : The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect.

Hi,

You are getting this po up because your configuration file has been corrupted. Request to kindly unistall and reinstall the product.
