Switching from Development to Production Environment

Hi Team, I have access to the development environment and production environment. Can I switch from Development Environment to the production environment without closing Automation Studio?

Edit the default Automation studio instance settings or create a new instance to login to Automation Studio.

I have created both the instance URL.
But it seems in order to switch from one environment to another environment, I must close my Automation Studio.
