i am outlook 2016
I am trying to find and save outlook mail
I used your templates and they worked then they didn’t and then they did
I am unable to determine the root of why it is not stable
Thoughts on how to stabilize this?
it does seem to start when the email comes in and I try to read it right away

Try putting some delay. Also, check from the logs what is the reason of failure. Error logs will give more insight of the root cause
