New Window opens on click and "Start Configuration" is not focusing

Hello,

while I am automating the web flow, after login in to the web app and clicking a Business Intelligence as shown in pic. The new window opens, and control is not able to focus on new opened window to set the properties.

Please help if there is a work around.

The new window should be handled using Shift click interaction approach

Hi Amit,

With Shift Key, I was able to give the target url for the new window.

But, my next flow has to be done on new window. how do I set properties on new window as I am not able to set focus on it.

At the end of the flow, PDF file opens like below image.

Please let me know how I can save it, as again same problem start configuration focus is not on pdf to set properties and save the pdf file.

SHIFT click does not work here as the pdf is generated with Random URL.

Hi,

When you select shift click interaction then you have to give target url. Target url is the url of the new window that has opened. Post that click on Dock Window which will bring the new window in Studio so that you can configure your field inside the same.
