I configured and deployed a process in EVA Bot for mail based trigger by watching step by step videos available on community website. I have also set “Email Subject Filter” as “Test” while scheduling the trigger and enabled the trigger.
Automation does not run even when a mail with “Test” in subject line appears.
What could be the problem? Is there any additional settings required?
emailTriggerId is present in my process but I have kept it blank.
I have entered “Test” in the field “Email Subject Filter” while configuring in EVA Bot because I want to run the automation every time an email with subject containing “Test” arrives in Inbox.
Is it necessary to give a value to emailTriggerId in AE while providing process inputs?
Or is it same setting “Email Subject Filter” while configuring in EVA Bot?
