Low Code License in HA set up

Hi Team,

There is a query regarding Low code in HA set up 19.1.
Eg. user is having 3 servers and wants to work with Low code. Component is started however it’s not loading.

Checked with the Product team, they have suggested.
“Please confirm whether valid license was uploaded for all three machines?
The setup details don’t have any information about the license”

Query: Checked with the client they don’t have license for this set up,
Do we have not free user license as 2 users can use Low-code in single server set up. checked the documents also no such details are available.

Can you please check low code logs and post what error you are observing.

You assumption is correct. 2 license are free.

Client has installed Low Code in Assistedge 19.1. Low Code component is running fine but when they open Low Code orchestrator it is not loading properly.
• Setup details - 3 app servers (HA setup)
• AE version 19.1
• SSL is Enabled.
• No patch is applied.
• All the components are Started, including Lowcode in all three servers.
• We have verified the Specify Role access in Admin Module, in that “Low code orchestrator designer” and "Lowcode API access "is selected.
• We have shared the updated lowcode build for 19.1 with the reporter.
• They have replaced the entry of the jvmRoute, tried with the machine as well as the proxy name/url. In the server.xml for load balancing setup.
• Removed the other users from the database tables (dir_user, dir_user_role), except the admin. but still same issue.
• Suggested to try in-Cognito mode, clear browser history/caches but it was not working.
• On a single server setup able to access the low code page.

In Low code found below exception only:

Event viewer log getting below warning message:
The computer ‘Administrators’ preference item in the ‘115 - Prod - C - Server admin rights {BD4809A2-BA18-48C7-BB37-EFF3E308ADA8}’ Group Policy Object did not apply because it failed with error code ‘0x80070534 No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.’ This error was suppressed.

How many users are currently added in your system. In alphabetical order only top 3 users will be able to access the system

Hi Amit,

During the troubleshoot this issue, earlier 4 members were added in the table dir_user, dir_user_role , we have removed all the users,
later on Single user tried, Single user also not be able to use Low code, Same issue and same error captured in logs.
Now single user is there.
