License issue after update in 20.0 Community edition, and studio screen is stuck

User was using 18.0 community Edition, and Now its updated in 20.0. After update it is not opening and also we update the license but didn’t receive any mail regarding license.

Waste of my time, I just want to explore this RPA tool, but the community edition is not working and I reinstalled so many times still same issue, Please check everything before roll-out of any new versions.
Please focus on community edition also.
