Java automation process fail via Robot

Hi
I have a Java (JAR) automating process. This process is working via Automation Studio but not sure why i am getting error to execute via Robot.
It will be greate if some one help me on this.

If you are using AssistEdge Enterprise 19.1, verify if Mapping Server is running, validate if java,exe for mapping server is running in task manager. If Not, check for the Port number of MappingServerPort in application.properties

What do you mean by Mapping server? and which port your are talking about?

Can you please share the relevant Robot logs to investigate the issue further?
There can be multiple reasons why the process may be failing in the Robot machine.
