Issue with send clicks

Hi team,

i have deployed a process in evabot and scheduled the bot, and used sendclicks in the process, the process is running successfully when the system is on, once the system gets locked its failing at send click.

Please help me out with a possible solution.

Send click only works on Active desktop window

I have to send mail to client from an email system, so while setting the body of the mail, I Have to use send keys-enter, so it goes to next line,I have tried it using the tags but they are not working, it there a way out using any other configurations?
