In web mode after selecting a column it is freezing without fetching its details

Trying to open an browser and enter the search details in search column but after opening the browser and selecting suppose google search tab it is freezing without any further process.It is getting stuck over there.
Tried with IE and Chrome .Do i need to do any configuration changes?

Hi,

Can you check your system utilization once the application launches. Also, ensure that you have compatible chrome driver as per your browser version installed
