How to automate a process of sending email using process recorder?

Hi Amritha,

You will need to use Process Recorder to record the flow of sending email through outlook. Once flow is recorded, you can export it to studio to save it as a Process and to further parameterize Subject, to , body to make it dynamic process.

Btw, Process Recorder is not part of community edition.

But, on clicking export to studio we are prompted to select target application , what should we select here

Ok, I was using Non-community edition build

Process recorder is a bit less reliable feature.Is there any restriction for you are not opting SMTP mailing feature of component of outlook client in studio?

Before creating the process, add Outlook as an windows application. Then select the same as target application.
