How to automate a 'Click' activity on message box

Hi,
On a message box popup, (for example a message box popup asking a user to click on ‘Yes’ or ‘No’), I am looking to automate the selection of button on message box popup. Basically a click activity to be assigned to do selection from the message box. How can I achieve this?
