Facing issue in import

Hi,

We are facing issue while importing the process in system. We are able import the same process in other system.

Once we click on import, this screen is getting disappear and not able to import.

After clicking on import, below screen should appear but its not coming. We tried to import by restarting the tool. But facing the same issue.

Hi

Please specify the type of process you want to import. Either it’s microbot or processbot. Both have different options to import.

Also specify the error if any.

Issue got resolved. We have restarted the system and it worked.
