Whenever I create a process using PDF Template Creator, it is creating a new process. How to put my pdf extractor in the main process?

You can reuse process activity in the main Process to reuse the PDF process created using PDF template creator activity, Remember that Only a published process can be reused.

It is recommended to create a snippet with PDF extraction activity then use it as a Reuse Process. As suggested by @mrunalini
