Whenever I tries to edit or save my process, AE is showing “Workflow designer encountered problems with your document”. what could be reason for this and how can resolve?

Some of the probable reasons are:
Your process file is corrupted.
Your process is having activity or interaction not supported with this version of Studio
Process dependency (code editor dll / microbot / resued process ) not present in this env
