Hi, when I click on link Download Assist Edge Community Edition a new page is opened, which asks for details like User ID, Machine ID etc. what are the details to be filled in User ID and Machine ID fields. I am trying to give my user id, ‘Please enter valid User ID’ is getting populated. Kindly let me know which user id and machine id should be entered in these fields.

- Obtain user id by typing whoami in CMD prompt
- +Obtain Mac id using getmac command in CMD prompt
