Deployed processes are not visible in Eva bot

Hi Team,

I restarted the AE tool as well restarted the system but still deployed process are not visible in EVA bot. What is the issue with Eva Bot and how to resolve it??

Post you deploy the process, you should restart EVA bot.

Hi Amit,

As i mentioned above, i restarted the tool as well restarted the system but still Eva bot is blank.
How to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Can you check EVA bot logs and verify if there are any excpetions. Also, check process are in deployed state and not published or saved state
