I am getting the below error due to some missing dll, while I try to install the AssistEdge Community Edition:
It says “The code execution cannot proceed as some because MSVCR120.dll was not found”.
Installation fails. Please help how to resolve the issue.
Kindly refer to the troubleshooting document (AE_CE_17.5.5_TroubleshootingGuide.mht)present in the folder where the AssistEdge_RPA_CE.zip was unzipped. The section 2.1.2.2 - Database Creation Error mentions the steps to take if this error occurs. Pasting them below for easy reference
a. Download the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784.
b. Select vcredist_x86.exe and install it.
c. Once the package is installed, run the Assist Edge installer again.
