Cognitive Automation - License type

Hi,
I want to use Microsoft cognitive API to analyze customer sentiment. In Cognitive App, I am not sure which license type should i select. Need help.

In this scenarios, There are two types of Licenses -

  1. BYOL - Buy your own Licenses
  2. EVOL - Edgeverve Owned Licenses
