How can I add an SLA time for the Decision Workbench transactions?
I want the SME to act on the transaction within the defined SLA time.
For this you can set up Timeout Period for the Transactions, in the transactions where you feel human intervention is required that can be pushed to decision workbench for a review by a user or a process SME. While Configuring the Process in Automation Studio, you ca set up timeout period.
