Why the robot agents on robot farm machines could not connect to Controltower

Hi,

Please check:

  1. If Rabbit MQ is up and running and you are able to open RMQ instance from machine where agent is running. This will ensure connectivity
  2. Also, check if appropriate Windows credential vault is not full
  3. Appropriate certificates are installed on Agent machine if it is https set up
