Where to use Application shortcuts?

Hi Team,

I see an option to create shortcuts for Applications in Control Tower. For which scenarios should I create shortcuts and when can these shortcuts help me out? I tried referring to the knowledge base but didn’t find much information about it.

Using Manage Shortcuts - you can configure actions which is invoked in AssistEdge Engage - respective Application gets into focus. You can assign a preferred shortcut keys for application in the system.
