Web Engage Role access

Hi,

I am not able to assign Web Engage role to selected role. Web Engage check box is disable.

Which version of AssistEdge Enterprise you are using? In 19.1 Enterprise - Users are able to achieve the mentioned scenario - users can either enable Engage or Web Engage, vice versa.

I am using 19.1 Enterprise. I am not able to select Web Engage.

Kindly ensure that no role present in system has been assigned Engage role
