Hi Team,

Can you explain the different mapping types available in the User Mapping feature and which one is selected by default?

Different Mapping types available in User mapping functionality in Admin Configurations are -

  1. Profile Mapping - Users are mapped with Automation profiles that falls within that Automation Profile
  2. Process Mapping - Users are mapped with Automation Process that is deployed at Control Tower within that Automation Profile.
  3. Role Mapping - Users are mapped with Roles and respective Reporting Manager for that role.

By default, profile mapping option is selected.
