Unable to submit values after setting the values

In EBS form After setting values for fields and try to submit,it is displaying provide value for the field.

Form is taking key inputs,But in Oracle Host application i am unable to find the option for key text input.

You cannot use approach for Send Keys / Keyt Events for free text entry
