Unable to perform Web/Windows interaction using recorder

I am unable to perform Web/Windows automation as the option to indicate elements is not appearing.

Please check your screen resolution.
The supported resolutions are 19201080 and 1366768

Hi Mrunalini,
I have checked the resolution, its 1920 X 1080.
Still the issue is occuring.
For Web I am getting this error- Browser might be incompatible and for Windows no error is displayed.

Can you please suggest some solution.

When you try to automate a web application using the Application activtity-Settings gear button, does the application load in the browser?
