Today I have tried to open Automation Studio but couldn’t open giving error “could not connect to net.tcp://localhost:9124/myService No connection could made as target machine actively refused it”

I have restarted system many time but still giving same error while opening the studio.

Using resmon will you be able to check if some other program is running on port 9124
