My teammate “Ramya_Jadhav@infosys.com” is unable to login even after entering correct id password, as she want to reinstall assistedge. On click of forgot password no mail is triggering to her on her mail id. Kindly assist.

Where are you trying to login. Launch of Community edition do not required user to enter credential. User account is validated through windows credential
