Unable to FTP files from Unix server to desktop using the FTP Activity Process Component

I’m trying to use the Assist Edge CE to do a simple FTP to move files from Unix server to desktop .

I’m getting the below error on do the same . – “ FTP Activity – Login Details could not be retrieved “ .

Kindly let me know if I’m missing any set ups required as a pre-requisite to do the same .

Hi,

In FTP application which you have added in application properties mark Is SignInReqd checkbox to selected. Then when you will set up your environment it will ask for creds which will be used to connect to your ftp server
