Unable to click item in list of EBS form

Hi Experts,
I am using Assist edge CE.
I have to click on a item in the list , as it is EBS form I have used application host activity , whenever I try to select a particular item in the list ,it is not highlighting the required one rather highlighting whole window, in the below image I just want to click on setup , but it is highlighting that window, kindly help me out.

also key event activities are not working here.

Hi,

Try using Key event activity and applying Key event on global basis

Is the list dynamic in nature and populates different value each time

That method is not working and list is static one. could you please suggest any other way?
