Unable to catch log file got installation failed error

hi team help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible i got installation failed error

1. i got this error path please check at C:\Users\pallavi.jumle\AppData\Local\EdgeVerve\AssistEdge_RPA_CE\PrerequisitesSoftwares\AE_CE_logs.log installProductProcess.ExitCode 1

2 i have gone through path but unable to catch log file

3. i go to windows+r and type %localappdata%\EdgeVerve to find log file but got same path

4. help me to resolve this issue
