Hi Team,

Can you explain the difference between viewing Transaction based on Updation time versus Creation time on the Process view Page

In Process View - Users can filter All transactions of last 7 days with Updation Time or Creation Time.

Updation Time displays the automation - process transaction data that is based on time in which transactions are updated.

Creation Time displays the automation process - transactions that occurred in last seven days.

Hi,

Creation Time means when the automation request was posted to listener

Post request is posted to listener it moves to different stages like Queued/ OnGoing/ Success / Failed/ Fallout. Depending on the buclet in which the autoamtion request is in Updation time denotes when the request moved in its current state
