Solved: File operations all fail - cannot select path Windows7 64-bit

I am running the community edition (latest). I can’t open any files, because the file path dialog doesn’t respond.
On Win7 64-bit.

EDIT: Solved. I was not aware the file path needed to be an Argument, with a VB String as the type.
I will try to make a representative animated GIF to show this process. More soon. EDIT: Here’s the GIF.

Hi,

Kindly create a input argument for filepath and select the same in dropdown. This will provide a reference as to which file to open.

You can also use Excel loop activity to provide values using excel file

@amit_anand15, thanks again for the input. I had stumbled on the answer to that myself (animated GIF above :grinning:). I really appreciate the help.
