I have used a microbot to close chrome in catch block of a sign-in process, it is working while running in the studio but once it is running along with another process,the microbot isn’t working(ran it in eva bot). What could be the issue?

In community edition Sign In process will called at start while application launch and will use the same credential which you have given while doing test run in Studio.
If it does n’t resolve your issue kindly elaborate the same
