Robot view closed suddenly

Hi team,

When i am trying to run the bot from control tower,it is working fine for some hour but all of a sudden the robo view is getting closed and goes to the ERROR state and in dashboard it is showing as “robot unresponsive”

What will be the issue. Please help

Hi,

You need to debug reason as to what is causing the robot to go to unresponsive state. Possible RCA can be

Network issue
System resource utilization going very high
Automation process causing some fatal exception which is causing crash of robo.exe

Hi,

It seems, robot and RabbitMQ connection loss or connection expire.
Please check RabbitMQ log.

Yes Bhuvan.
In logs it is showing as "shutdown successful for robot… "
So what will be the solution for this type of issue?

Hi ,
Restart all the component and Reset RabbitMQ connection with Robot
