Requesting licence after installation

Hi,

I’ve just installed the AssistEdge CE and on the first launch try it’s asking me to upload the licence file; even though it´s supposed to be processed automatically.
How do I activate the CE?

You should have recieved license file in your registered email id. Kindly upload the same.Some time due to network or firewall issue automatic processing of license fails

Hi,

Request to kindly uninstall previous version. Post that :

  • Login to https://communityedition.assistedgeautomation.com/community
  • Click on Launch Button
  • A “Downloader Exe” will get downloaded in the browser where you logged in
  • Go to Downloads folder and open the recently downloaded “Downloader Exe” and unblock the same
  • Ensure you are on internet
  • Click on unblocked “Downloader Exe” and it should install successfully
  • In case you get error, kindly paste the contents of the log file %localappdata%/EdgeVerve/Assist_Downloader.log” here for further analysis

I´m still getting the very same pop-up after the third installation attempt.
I´ve also tried creating another account and I never received any license file via e-mail.

Are you trying the same from open internet which have no network related restriction. What is the second email id you tried as installation information for (mailto:zanis.saulevics@hp.com) was not found in our DB

My other e-mail was harmanozan@yahoo.co.uk

I have exactly the same problem. After successful installation, neither the file is generated nor the email is received. My e-mail: rpa@riveroj.es

The same problem; trying with another machine, another user: successful installation, but the license file is not generated and no e-mail is received

Hi,

Request you to kindly connect to open internet and try. May be your firewall is blocking license call for generation of license file

Nothing to do.
Disabled the firewall and antivirus, and connected to open internet,
same result: impossible to start automation studio or eva bot.
