I have created a process and profile in Automation Studio and published the process in this profile. Now, when I create the robot in Control Tower, I need to map this profile with the bot, but this profile doesn’t appear in the list. Please help.
The reason you’re not able to see the profile is that the desired profile is not mapped to you.
Profile is mapped to a user and Robot is assigned with the profile under which all the processes will be executed by the Robot.
For giving the access to the profile, you need to visit the User Management → User Mappings Tab.
