Process running in loop when run from EVA BOT

Hi,

I deployed a process on eva bot which roughly includes downloading a excel attachment from outlook, editing excel file and sending a mail with this file attached. When I run the process from CE Studio, it works fine.When run from EVA BOT, It runs in loop without any trigger given, just using the run button, it keeps editing the excel file and doesn’t send the mail.

Hi,

Your first step of automation for File Operation is itself failing. Check the same why that is the case. Also, ensure that you are not consuming exception and not ignoring error so that automation stops at that stage only and do not run in multiple loop post exception
