Process not getting published

Hello,
I was trying to publish the process but the error says “problem occurred while publishing the process”
Initially, I created one and it was successfully published.
what can be the possible cause for this issue?
Is it because I don’t have permission from IT?

Hi,

Which version are you using. In Enterprise edition only it is possible to give separate aceess rights for publishing and deploying process
