Process not getting edited in CE

Hello,

I’m trying to edit a process but when i do changes and save the process, the changes are not getting reflected. version number of the process changes but still, no changes are reflected. The process was created in CE from scratch.

If you check the workflow logs and post error it will be helpful

Hi Justin,

In logs no error was coming. Can you follow these steps and see. It works for me. In case it does not work for you attach fresh logs from Studio and workflow

  1. Create a process and deploy the same. Open process and click on Edit

  1. Make some changes and save so that new version of process is created.

  1. Open the saved process and see if process change is reflected

Hi Amit,

Yes it worked for the new process but on the process which i’m working on , it used to work earlier. Now it doesn’t get edited.

Hi Justin,

I am not sure why your existing process is behaving in such manner as not error are coming in logs too. It is advised to create new process in case old process has got corrupted
