Not able to launch

Team,

I am not able to launch the studio all though installed one day back.
Hope so license duration is 180 days and should not expire in 24 hours.
I had also verified the username and mac address, which is same used while registration.

Information popup comes up : “Authentication failed. Please contact your Administrator.”

It is not able to find tcp port. Relaunch AssistEdge community edition and check if you are able to access it.

Users can launch the “Studio” or “EVA bot” using the respective option available on Right Click of Community Edition Icon in the System Tray.

If the user wants to exit and re-launch, kindly ensure that the Community Edition is properly exited using the “Exit” option available on Right Click of Community Edition Icon in the System Tray.
