MSVCR120.dll was not found error while installing the asisstedge

Dear sir/madam,

I am getting MSCVR120.dll error and even if I add that dll file in System32 folder. Please let me know what is the issue.

Hi,

Kindly refer to the troubleshooting document (AE_CE_17.5.5_TroubleshootingGuide.mht)present in the folder where the AssistEdge_RPA_CE.zip was unzipped. The section 2.1.2.2 - Database Creation Error mentions the steps to take if this error occurs. Pasting them below for easy reference

a. Download the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 5.

b. Select vcredist_x86.exe and install it.

c. Once the package is installed, run the Assist Edge installer again.
