Machine Replaced - License problems

Hi all,

The company replaced my machine and after that the AE is not working anymore,

I followed the steps to download into a open internet, version in Launch Platform for New Machine but the AE continue not working and requesting me to upload the new license.

I didn’t receive the new license by e-mail and I don’t know how can I do now to continuing using AE.

Someone could helpe me please?

The installation was done as instructed,

I restart the machine and try to open AE again and it request me the new license,

Hi Roberto,

The smaller exe you would have downloaded initially to install the product have token expiry of 8 hours only and that is why you are getting invalid token error. Request to kindly uninstall the build down load the small exe again and do a reinstallation

40 minutes before I create the post I uninstalled the AE, downloaded the new smaller exe in launch platform and restart the installation process and receive this message that I take a printscreen :neutral_face:

If I uninstall and wait for 8 hours and download it again, will works?

I was reading the Troubleshooting Guide and decided to share LOG files.

Next Steps: Uninstall community edition from your machine. Download again and ensure internet availability till Automation Studio opens.
