Key events doesn't work in remote desktop

Hi Team,

I am working on a use case in which I have used key event activity to empty the field before passing another input. Since we have to run this automation on a remote desktop on a daily basis, can you please suggest what could be the alternate way to make this work.

Hi,

If you are using Set Value interaction you can select check box option Clear Existing Data. This will clear the existing field and set updated value.
