Issue in opening AE

Hi Team
i was facing an issue while opening AE. when i try to open AE i was unable to open AE. it keeps on initializing for a while.


pls guide me through this issue

Hi,

It should open post initialization. Unless your dll package is corrupted. Check the logs for more details of error if it fails.
There is no way to recover the process unless you have exported the process as zip from Migration tab in Studio and kept as a backup

it is not failing. it keeps on initializing for a while.in my case EVA bot is working fine.
even i can’t get the backup of the deployed process too.

I don’t see any error in your log. Recheck what is your system resource utilization at time of Studio launch and there is enough RAM and CPU available for it to launch.

Else, you will have to do a reinstallation
