Issue in downloading AssistEdge

Hi Team,

I am not able to download AssistEdge community edition. It is throwing error as “Request timeout”. Please find the logs below.

Hi @prashant.verma06

The issue is with your network proxy.
Please get in touch with your Network Admin to get the Open internet proxy so that the setup will not be forbidden to reach the server from where it will get the required installation files.
