Is there a feature to enter text like there is set text/value as an action under field properties?

Im currently doing an exercise from the community edition, and Im using the application activity to record my process.
Under the field properties, im trying to find an action that corresponds to what im trying to do, which is to enter text rather than to set text.

Is there an action that I can select that enters text, as I cannot seem to find it

Hi,

Set Text interaction corresponds to user action of entering text. it will perform same action on the UI element
